I Cannot believe it. I walked into auto value and the employees where nowhere to be seen. As i walk around i hear these noises coming from the back room, Mind you this is 20 minutes of being here and no service. Eventully they come and i ask what about my 2010 chevy silverado, i came in for spark plugs and the lady behind the counter has plugged in the wrong part, she multiple times repeted the words glow plugs and topenator. i drive a 1500. Then she tried to offer a oil change side buissness she runs. absolutely not. Do not waste your time here. The photo is the oil she stole for her mobile home oil change..

Auto Value for being a small town art store. Always has what I'm looking for. The pricing is fair again for being a small-town store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not being a regular customer or a Wholesale customer. They offered to bring his heart out to me one time. I thought that was very nice of them didn't have to do that. Definitely will be back again and have been back on numerous occasions..

Every time I go in there, they are amazing. Everyone in there is so knowledgable and the parts if they aren't there today. You will most likely get them tomorrow. From the tractor to the snowmobile to the atv to the trucks. Need a motor rebuilt they have the parts.
