Charged almost 500 dollars just for labor, not including parts and didn’t even fix the problem. Brought it back just for them to basically tell me there was nothing they could do and sent me on my way. Didn’t even make it back home before it stopped and my lights came back on. Called them right away and they said they’d call back and never did. Very unprofessional and rude cuz they didn’t know how to fix a problem but stole my money. Below is a picture of my car after leaving their shop.

They will get the job done well in a pinch, but I do not recommend them to consistently visit. They do not refund you a car diagnostic evaluation if you have them do the service for you that your car needed. I have a hunch that the mechanic that worked on my catalytic converter kept the precious metals inside the converter for himself because it passed emissions months before and ran for a year and all a sudden my converter doesn’t have the components required for it to pass emissions, said it was “dumb luck” I passed emissions. They also charged me $45 to patch a hole in my tire. Will not be going back.

Honest about the work that needs to be done now vs the work that the customer can wait on while understanding the customer's vehicle use and budget. Frequently goes above and beyond for customers. Highly recommend.
