I have used them for 18 years for several different brand cars; Infiniti, Lexus, Saab. They were recommended in 2007 by a colleague at work when they were EurAsia at the old place (thanks Juan!). Over the years Jon and David have always been exceptional at getting to the root cause of complicated issues. They also have a great feel for when to use third party rebuilt or new OEM parts. Cheaper sometimes is but not always better ! When the tire store suggest repairs I always get a second opinion from them and they do the work if needed. Recently my tie rod ends were fine and did not need replacement as suggested by (tire store name deleted!). Wealth of knowledge and always willing to share tips, i.e. "if tie rod ends were bad they would not be able to align it". Also if you buy a performance part (like I did from Z1 recently for my G35), they were more than happy to install it when I decided not to do DIY. In a nutshell great car guys who always treat you fair and spend as much time as you want getting to the bottom of your issue !

I took my car in to them for an estimate on a transmission and I don't think I've ever come across more sincere and honest business people in my life! There aren't many service businesses who understand what it means to BE of service anymore. I can't thank them enough for making me feel like they were genuinely trying to help me and do what was best for me. AWESOME!

After visiting a quick oil change place and being told I needed several systems flushed out at a steep cost, I decided to look for a more reputable, long-established auto shop. I found exactly what I was looking for. These guys are old-school, trustworthy, and genuinely nice. I didn't need any additional work done, and I'm so glad I found them for the future.
