If you’re looking for a mechanic shop that actually knows what they’re doing and keeps things entertaining, this is the place. They had my car in, diagnosed, and fixed faster than I expected — and didn’t try to upsell me on blinker fluid. Special shoutout to Steve. The man works with intense focus. At one point he looked like he was either solving a complex engine mystery… or fighting for his life against a serious bout of constipation. I’m still not sure which. Either way, that level of concentration clearly pays off because my car is running smoother than ever. And then there’s Paul — the real comedian of the shop. He keeps the place alive with nonstop jokes and energy. Honestly, too bad he’s “just” the helper, because with that charisma and hustle, he’d probably do pretty well running the place. The shop runs on horsepower and Paul-power. Great service, fair prices, and unintentionally hilarious facial expressions. 10/10 would recommend.

Melissa, from Muffler Discount, recommended Forestville Auto Services when I was there on a Fri to have the muffler on my 2012 Ram 1500 replaced. Firestone had given me a long list of items that needed attention and she said to let Steve know. Unfortunately that Sat my truck wouldn't start while I was out and about in Indian Head. I had it towed there. I spoke to Steve Mon when they opened and explained what was going on. He called back within the hour to let me know that the starter needed to be replaced and the cost. Within two hours my truck was ready. I asked him to go over the list from Firestone...That afternoon he said that nothing on the list was needed. I dropped off two headlight and one taillight assembly on Tue morning, which were installed by early afternoon. Cost for work was what I expected. Be prepared to put down a $100 deposit when you drop off your vehicle. After hours/weekend drop-off available during gas station opening hours. I am totally satisfied with Steve & crew and can wholeheartedly recommend Forestville Auto Services l

Worked me out of 800.00 for brake work. Didn’t even put 50 miles on car, called to explain issue only to be told what I asked to do wasn’t completely done. End result, I almost wrecked car due to brakes seized up after they did the so called brake work
