My car unfortunately got stuck in a snowbank during the big snowstorm in the past weekend and I couldn't move it at all. I called Minter Autoshop for help, and the owner, Bobby, answered my call. Over the phone, Bobby was incredibly calm and friendly. He completely understood my situation, immediately made an appointment to come out. About 2-3 hours later, he arrived on time and fully prepared. He skillfully used a tow cable with a hook and easily pulled my car out of the snow. I am so grateful for Bobby's help. In such bad weather, he was not only quick to respond, but his process was also very professional and reassuring. If you ever need any kind of car assistance, I would recommend Minter Autoshop without hesitation. Thank you so much, Bobby

Nice guy and professional, but I feel like he overcharged me. His shop is half a mile from my house and my car broke down 2 miles from my house. He charged me $100. My thing is, he could have worked with me a little being my house is 20 houses away from his shop and my car was broke down right down the road. Nice guy, just feel like he could have worked with me; maybe just a little?
