I guess I will give them 5 stars lol. I really enjoyed their friendliness. They make you feel very comfortable and seem to take good care of their customers. My ONLY complaint is that the prices are insane. And I understand that we all need to make money. But DAMN!!

We had brake related mechanical emergency that caused vibration and a droning noise in the cabin when cruising at 40+ mph. BJs Tire checked our tires purchased from them 15 mos prior: examined, balanced, rotated and slightly aligned at no charge. They correctly diagnosed a stuck caliper on the front driver side as the cause of the vibration and noise which was unsafe to drive. We went down the street to Meineke right away at 3pm without an appointment but they still tried to help us out. They confirmed the bad caliper and with comprehensive photo diagnosis of the car. The job ended up taking 2.5 hours—they close at 5 so they went OT. We really appreciated the help, and they were all very professional and friendly. Their waiting area and restroom were well appointed and clean. We drove home safely and the car and brakes functioned beautifully—proof of their expert job! I highly recommend Meineke of Seabrook, NH.

The service writer Matt was very personable and knowledgeable. He made me feel very much at ease. The tech did a great job assessing my vehicle and sending me video with options. Highly recommend them.
