I will admit, I was extremely anxious throughout the entire experience. My car is 20 years old and my credit isn't the best with student loans and I really didn't believe any dealership would be willing to work with me. I found Goochland Motors through the VCU Discount Marketplace (I work for VCU) and found the car I wanted, but was afraid I wouldn't qualify. Manny was patient with me; he noted my trepidation and was so kind. He was never pushy and took his time to explain everything to me so I would understand it and gave me a chance to take notes. I got a great deal with trading in my car and he even got my radio removed without charging me extra for it. It's been a long time since I've felt this safe driving. Everything aligned and I am so grateful. He even called to touch base to ensure everything was alright with the car today. It's been a long time since I've been able to trust someone with something so vital; Manny has integrity and I feel so blessed going into this year with a newer, safer vehicle. Angel (my new car's name because I saw sooo many angel numbers lol) is a birthday gift to myself I didn't think I'd be able to get. Thank you Manny for being so understanding and so willing to help. Not many will go the lengths you did to help someone.
