We got stuck in the sand at Dumont Dunes, Mojave Desert (silly tourist mistake of under-estimating the depth of sand) and the girl at the phone and the guys coming to get us were amazing. They were super helpful at locating us, finding us and rescuing us. We had fun through the whole experience thanks to their calming, helpful attitude and sense of humor. Worth every penny! Was not expensive at all. Wish they took us to the fun ride to the dunes after our rescue ? That looked like even more fun we had there while waiting for them (and we did make the most of our time there ?) If you ever get stuck in the dunes, just call them and enjoy your time! You are in the best hands!

Another dumb tourist who got stuck in the sand over here! Lol. Luis and his partner were very nice and helpful and pulled my car out. I was about 2 miles off the road trying to run my dogs safely and underestimated how much the rain had softened the ground. They arrived pretty promptly considering I was in the middle of nowhere and got the car out pretty quickly. Very personable. A little expensive but I don’t know average prices for this and it was worth the price in my opinion.

Just wanted to express my gratitude to Vanessa and the team at Ken's Towing & Tire Service. They were extremely professional, trustworthy, and kept my items in my car intact and secured. Vanessa went above and beyond with her patience, kindness, and warmth when I went to retrieve my items after my car was totaled. Thank you SO much- 5 star service and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
