Bought a 2017 ford focus from here in March 3 months ago! It had 114,000 on it when I bought it they said they rebuilt the trabsmisson in this car and charged me $6000 for the car! I've been having issues with this car from a week after I bought it! Took it back multiple times and each time they said nothing was wrong with the car! I finally took the car to ford and ford is saying I need my whole transmission replaced!! $6000 repair after I just spent $6000 on this car 3 months ago! Beware of these crooks they half ass the work and sale you cars that aren't even fixed! Update on this shitty situation my car has now been sitting at ford for for over 10 days my 3rd party warranty is only covering $3000 towards the repair so I can't even get the fix ford wanted to do and we are having to go with a used transmission that ford has to still fix clutches in and then put it into my car because the transmission in the car is so far gone they couldn't even rebuild that one even with that option im still out of $1900 out of my pocket and having to borrow money from family and now have to pay $1900 back to my family just to get my car back next week! This should have never happened and this transmission shouldn't be so far gone in the 6000 miles I drove it if it was rebuilt like you all stated Edit: To the reply below I did bring the car back to you guys on different occasions and each time was told nothing was wrong. I was also told when purchasing this car you all rebuilt the entire transmission not just the clutches so I lied to ny face about what work you guys actually did! I'm low income and on a budget and now I have no vehicle to get to and from work or get my little boy anywhere you took my only $6000 I had and sold me a broken car which I can't afford to repair so if you wanna make this right maybe a free transmission repair for this would be a start! Or some of my money back so I can purchase a actual running vehicle! This is not only a mental torture this is also my way of life you all took from me! If this matter doesn't get taken care of the better business bearu will be contacted
