I called the shop seeking a quote to have an oil seal replaced on my truck. I received a text message the same day advising of the price. I asked what was included with the price, but never received a response. I called into the shop twice over the next 2-3 days stating who I was, who I spoke with, and what information I was seeking. I was told that Kip would call me back, but he never reached out. It was a disappointing experience and we won't be trusting them with our vehicles in the future. Think twice before you hand your vehicle off to someone who has no issue ignoring callbacks.

I can’t say enough about Belle Mead Garage. We were recently on a trip to NJ and I needed to rent a car. My husband suggested BMG and I decided to rent from there. OMG! The service was spectacular.
