Unprofessional to say the least. They over charge and aren’t honest especially when it comes to Intoxalock. They charge the highest rate they possibly can instead of being fair. Then jack the price up more. Go to battery depot in Cambridge if you dealing with Intoxalock. Obviously they don’t care about good customer service. It’s a greed thing. Maybe an ego thing. The woman at the desk stays on her phone even through out transactions as well. The tech guy was really nice and helpful. I hope he gets a raise dealing with them people or I better job somewhere else. the owners hot headed and extremely unfair. A very strong 0/10 Reccomend unless you employ the tech guy outside of west fall auto sales.

I have been bringing all my vehicles here for almost 30 yrs, the work they do is excellent. I just had a deer hit me this summer and had to have body work done on my Feista, you would never know anything happened to it. They are a great group of people who care about the people they are helping and the work they do.

Don't buy a vehicle from this place especially if your an inexperienced buyer I bought a vehicle from this place about a year and a half ago and not only did they rape me on the price without me even realizing it due to it being my first time buying a vehicle from a dealer but the vehicle has been nothing but a HUGE headache ever since I got it. I would give this place less than a 1 star if I could. Would not recommend
