The lady in the office gave decent direction, the man in the back with the bus (Alfredo?) was quite helpful and understanding. The white guy in shed A was an absolute jerk. When directed to him, he asked if we had metal for him. Due to lack of specifics, we told him yes, he looked in the bed of the truck and immediately told us he wouldn’t take it because there was steel in there. (Most of it was aluminum, which is why we were directed to him originally, the steel was at the bottom and we knew we would be returning to the bus man for that.) Instead we had to dig the steel out from under the aluminum to make cranky pants accept what we had for his area. Thankfully the steel man (Alfredo?) helped unload. I don’t believe this is the first complaint or issue he’s heard about the other man. Once we arrived back at shed A, he still had issues. Not once was he friendly. This man is next to impossible to please, and we are fairly sure he did not sort everything correctly. I ended up with a FRACTION of what I would get elsewhere. Overall it’s a bunch of run around and unnecessary confusion and agitation for next to no financial return. **If you can, take your business elsewhere.**

I was disappointed in the fact that I brought copper there and they counted it as aluminum because I didn't take the copper tubes out of the piece. And they wouldn't let me take them out once they weighed them. They said it was too late to take them out. Copper is worth a hell of a lot more than aluminum. And if you are getting rid of an air conditioner make sure you have your receipt for a new one before you go there.
