I cannot express how pleased I am with RSPB. They did an excellent job repairing my car and were very knowledgeable throughout the process. They explained details about the repairs that no one had ever shared with me before, which I truly appreciated. The before-and-after results on my hood and roof speak for themselves after damage caused by an auto dealership during an oil change. My car was also returned extremely clean, which was a great finishing touch. Thank you, RSPB, for the outstanding service—our family truly appreciates you.

Don’t ever take your vehicle to this place for anything unless you want to be lied to and have worse problems because of service provided by a TRASH shop. I took my car here after having the bottom splitter ripped off after going over the railroad tracks in Ringgold. Which ended up needing the shop to replace the whole front bumper and a new condenser w/ oil/transmission cooler as well. I pick my car up the first time after about 2-3 weeks of the shop having it because there was an issue with shipping. Ok, so when I pick it up I heard some clunking coming from the right front wheel well area when making hard turns in either direction. I didn’t think anything of it. Mind you, I ordered this car and have had it in my possession its entire life minus the first 16 miles (the car now has 49k miles on her). So it was time for an oil change and I took it to my main dealership for my normal maintenance. When the techs were doing their inspection they found a 18v cordless drill in my front right suspension (the clunking) and an active fluid (oil) leak. I called Mark and asked him why there would be a drill in my suspension and why it would be leaking if they fixed a non leaking issue. He talked trash about the dealership I was at and told me that the service shop at the dealership does more harm than good. And told bring it back and they would look and see what the issue was. After taking my car back to Rock Springs paint and body for the second time I got a call a few days later informing that the aftermarket part they put on (oil/transmission cooler) was the issue. I asked him why they didn’t use an oem replacement and said that they would an oem one for this issue. I also pointed out that the pain didn’t match and there was a huge run in the pain on the bottom of the bumper. He said that his pain guy would look at it, but said that the paint never matches from the factory on the front and rear bumpers because of the material difference. Mind you, I have 1000’s of pictures of my car, and guess what? The paint matches perfectly in all the pictures I have. So I get the car back a second time and I’m just happy to be back with my car, so I didn’t think to look at the paint. I figured that he said it was good to go, it was good to go… it wasn’t until a few days later that I looked at my car in the sun and noticed that the paint still didn’t match and still had a huge run in it. Well, it’s time for an oil change again. And again when the techs at my normal shop are doing the inspection, they see evidence of an active leak. Can you guess what part is leaking? The same oil/transmission cooler part that they replaced TWICE…. Supposedly…. I called and let the shop know that it was still leaking and the lady that answered said she would give the details to Mark and he would call me back. That conversation was on 4/1/2025. I still haven’t heard anything back from Mark or anyone at the shop still at the end of the week. If you want good quality work and a properly functioning and not leaking pieces of your vehicle, don’t bring it here. Save yourself the hassle and headache and take it anywhere else but here. Please, don’t let them mess up your vehicles!

Justin was great to deal with. He dealt with the insurance company for me and saved me the headache of dealing with that. They replaced my bumper and rear hatch and did a phenomenal job. My car was even cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. My car was ready on the day it was promised. I would definitely recommend this body shop and will use them again when needed.
