My first and only place I go to get my oil change. Every month I’m always greeted with respect and help with what I need to get done and what can wait ..I have 3 years coming here without an issue we can’t fix ..the upgrade the waiting room so it’s more people friendly with unlimited keurig coffe ,tv and outlets and phone adapters everywhere is why I stay and wait …I recommend coming here so don’t knock it till you try it

Ordered some parts online for pickup at Bay Ridge Honda parts. Order went through but no indication if parts are in stock so I called in. Was told they don’t know if the order is in the system. The person that handles online orders doesn’t come until 10am and she is on vacation for 2 weeks so good luck. So I email online parts to cancel. Then an hour later I get a very quick and professional voicemail parts ordered will be ready tomorrow at noon. Awesome. I come in to the parts department say hello, six salesguys behind the counter noone looks up. Two minutes later one of the sales people who told me his name was Alex says “I’ll be with you in a minute” then another few minutes noone seems to care to help me. So I ask again and the man named Alex gets a little upset because he already told me he will be with me in a minute. They call the online parts Jefferson who already has my order ready to go. All I can say next time I’m getting parts delivered to my house because these parts guys are a little rough around the edges. I hope when I’m back there again I see more online parts team gets more control of this place
