Billy responded to my AAA call and arrived as soon as he finished his previous job. He arrived with a smile and made sure we were ok. Billy was so kind to my 89-year-old mother, who was traveling with me. He loaded and secured the vehicle, helped Mom and me get into the truck, and off we went. My mom had lived nearby in Kermit decades ago, and they chatted about the area—he was truly such a nice young man. Pecos Towing and Recovery, and especially Billy, thank you so much for your help that night. You really got us out of a scary situation. I’ve never taken a selfie with a tow truck driver before, but that’s how good Billy is!

This company's bid to tow my 38' Diesel Pusher Class A was about $360 dollars less then a competing companies bid. The first company had been recommended by a friend, but at a bid of almost $1,000 to tow only 2 miles, was WAY out of my LIMITED budget. I called this tow company, got the lower bid, and waited with much stress and wonderings if I had done the right thing. Could this company do a good job and not ruin my RV? The answer is YES. Billy, only 28, came with a good sized tow truck. It was not a simple grab and go. He worked tirelessly for over 2 hours to hook up as there were obstacles. Billy was dedicated to get me towed, and I am forever grateful!!! See the pics.

Billy came out and towed my 65 Chevy viking he was very professional on time very courteous and he went the extra mile to put the vehicle in the exact spot I requested. All in all hands down the best towed truck service intown and VERY reasonable on the price ? I highly recommend using pecos towing for whatever your needs may be.
