These guys are amazing. I had an unfortunate situation where someone hit the front bumper of my Model Y. On top of that we are relocating cross country in just a few weeks. From the start they were super professional, had great communication, and ensured the job got done quickly to meet my unique circumstance / compressed timeline. Horrible experience!!! I will never take my car here again. It is so sad becuase they used to do good work. However, the service is horrible now!!!! I had them to fix my car becuase of an accident. I gave it to them on January 15, 2024 and did not get my car back until March 8, 2024. Almost two months!!! Every time I called, they gave me the run around. Also, when I got my car, the seats were dirty and they did not even vacuum my car or fix the light, which I informed them!!!! I will indeed be contacting the BBB becuase this is unacceptable!!!!!!
