I broke down at 6 am on Thanksgiving 2021 at exit 179 headed east to go to Milwaukee to see my kids. I called and after 2 rings, a guy answers, asks me a couple questions then I had to find out what I could do. So I called back a few minutes later to have him tow me back home to Des Moines. He arrived like 10 minutes later, told me to go get in the truck to stay warm and he took me and my car home. We had a great conversation and he was very respectful. He likes cars and we spoke of family and I was able to calm down and think clearly on what I needed to do. I appreciated his honest, calm demeanor. Very much appreciated on a holiday.

Our car broke down on New Years Day during a snow storm. We called State Farm Insurance to send a tow truck and they never showed up. I Called Shepards Towing and he came out to get my car in about 10 mins. I was amazed at how quick he got there. We loaded the car onto his truck and were taken to the Hotel quickly. Thanks for your help man.

I cannot say enough how grateful I this was the company I found to tow my daughter when she needed help on I-80. He got there quickly, delivered her and her car to where we asked . Most importantly, he made us both feel comfortable and at ease. Having a daughter stranded on the interstate and finding a tow truck company that you trust is nervewracking, but Shephards Towing was awesome.
