They put two quarts too much oil in my van. Never knew until my next oil change somewhere else. Crazy that a dealership would do this. Will not be back.

Absolutely terrible facility. Very unprofessional, and they take no ownership for the work that they do. Everybody that I spoke to there acted as if they did not want to be working there. Especially Bill in Service. I would not recommend using this Ford center for anything. God help you if you have to go here.
