This is the biggest MVA in Maryland, and the facility is really spacious. It’s quite easy to get appointments here, and the service is pretty good overall. The written test is simple, but the behind-the-wheel driving test can be a bit challenging, especially with reverse parking, so make sure you’re well-prepared. Also, don’t forget to bring all the required documents to avoid any last-minute issues.

Today I had a mixed experience. After being given incorrect information regarding vehicle renewals. I was told I couldn't get same day appointments to see anyone. I am not even sure the folks, who seemed rather dismissive to my inquiries, knew the correct protocol for my questions. "Jazmine", in particular, was outright rude to me which did not deter me from being cheerful and thanking her for help. I hope that what ever incident in her life caused her distress in developing her people skills resolves itself. Perhaps seeking a different work situation where being on her feet and assisting the public in a confusing complex bureaucratic environment would better suit her. Although I am sure that all of the MVA employees who were "out on the floor" of the lobby working with the public are happy to be employed by the government. Considering that most government agencies are slashing their workforce, the MVA is an government entity that fortunately seems to be immune to this course of action. Fortunately, with some perseverance, I made it through all the misinformation, acronyms, windows, flags, paperwork and general confusion to complete all the business I had intended on completing. Despite being told by the aforementioned: "It can't be done. You'll have to make another appointment.." :) Never Give Up.. Never Surrender! I gave myself a star for that.

For the most part their intensive with their work no Smiles on their faces except an African-American man wearing glasses in a champion hoodie with khaki pants on and sneakers was very professional definitely want to give him his Kudos he was on the information line I truly appreciate the information he gave me because no one else in the MVA could tell me how to pay a flag or E-ZPass totally absurd that you are hired as a state employee and don't know your job absolutely crazy how did anyone pass probation furthermore if you're going to give out an MVA flag please know how to tell us how to pay it don't you want your money didn't you say I owed it if you mailed it out to me absolutely absurd once again know your job if we're here and willing to pay why not allow me to pay. Or if no one is a warehouse to work things AI is a very nice system how about putting everything online so we can make the payment versus coming in to see you and you have no real information waste of time
