We had an amazing experience at the Planes Tire and Auto! During a road trip our car got a flat tire and we were lucky enough to make it to the shop. Despite the fact everyone was about to leave for their lunch break they stayed and helped us patch up our tire so we could get on the road. Our two young kids loved the art activities in the lobby. Thanks for their help and thoughtfulness our frustrating situation turned to one of actual pleasantness. I am very grateful for their expertise and care!

The Plains Tire & Auto couldn't get higher marks frome me. They are up front, reasonable on pricing and willing to take on mechanic work that falls outside of what a typical shop will take on. If you have a hotrod/custom ride, don't fear dropping it off here for such work! Thanks to Brandon and crew for taking care of the issues with my new build.

I wish I could give them a 10! They worked me in before a trip and did a comprehensive check and repair. Ethan absolutely went above and beyond to solve a problem on the vehicle. He could have sent me down the road or rescheduled; instead he went back out to the vehicle and worked on it until he found a solution. Everyone here is both highly professional and skilled, and still hometown friendly. I'm a customer for life.
