What a lifesaver!! I was visiting Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge from Va. And I had an antifreeze leak. Looked up auto services that’s open on a Sunday, after reading reviews I called Carr’s and right from the called I was greeted friendly. I was able to drive my vehicle there before running it hot. I spoke with a mechanic (sorry I can’t remember his name) he was friendly. The wait wasn’t long. He explained to me what was wrong. Gave me a price for parts. My truck was fixed, I paid them (price was reasonable) and I was on my way. Knowing that I can enjoy the rest of my vacation and feel comfortable heading back home! Thank you Carr’s for everything!!! Highly recommend!! Family owned business with great reputation and I concur!

We were on vacation (Drove from Chicago, IL to Smoky Mountains, TN) and my SUV's alternator started acting up as well as the rear sway bar broke. Carr's auto parts was great....called them on Friday morning and explained the problem. They were busy, made an exception to accommodate my needs, by making a window for my repairs. My SUV was ready by 5 pm on the same day (other places turned me away). Carrs also had a car rental available. Made a huge difference. Thank you for your honest service and fitting me into your busy schedule. You saved our vacation. I wish I could rate you 10 stars. Thanks to you and your entire team for the Southern hospitality...
