I had a great experience with my purchase at Prestige. Jennifer, my sales rep, was knowledgable and quick to respond to questions. Upon my decision to purchase the vehicle I was told that it had a stop sale on it due to a rearview camera recall from the manufacturer. Since I couldn't complete the purchase, I was assured that they would look into what was needed for the fix, and promised they would follow up regularly until we had an answer. I received a few calls with updates, and then within 2 weeks, Prestige was able to provide the manufacturer recommended recall repair. The delivery process was quick and easy.
