Not the best experience we've ever had. AAA sent these folks as our vehicle needed to be winched for icy conditions. $500 for this and tow. $125 Administrative Fee (when questioned, "Everybody does it") and $20 "Shop Supplies". Again I questioned that as well and was told "in case they need to repair grass or the sort" which was not done. This is a Buyer Beware..... Total cost was $696.60 for a 15 mile tow. No discount for AAA. Furthermore, the vehicle is worth probably $3000 or $4000 being parted out and they offered to keep it in lieu of the tow charge. Talk about taking advantage of a consumer.... I wouldn't use or recommend them. Interesting, 2 months later they replied to my review (4/24/25). So I would ask, what did I miss? What was inaccurate? I still have all my notes and cannot for the life of me figure out what I missed.

Yesterday my check engine light came on and my car started sputtering. Josh came within about 40 minutes to tow me to the mechanic. He was so kind and knowledgeable. Really put me at ease about the whole situation. It’s nice to know there are still good people left in this world. Will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone.
