My family has been going here for yrs but within the past several months I've been yelled at for minor things like removing lids off coffee cans which I was starting to do as I got "a talking to" then today for metal lids in with metal cans. Now I had no idea they were in the basket I had dumped into the steel can section as I take trash not only for myself but for my parents. The same lady that "talked" to me before yelled at me saying "she pulls these lids out all day and they don't go here" I informed her I'd let my dad know since again wasn't my trash and she very sarcastically said "of course it's not your fault because you live with someone right" I stated that I did and started walking away. I hate social confrontation especially when there is other people around she was still muttering something when I started walking away but I was already upset. I immediately called my dad on my drive home and told him I will no longer be taking his trash and explained what happened. I honestly don't know what that lady's problem was but she definitely could have been nicer about it

Ive lived in town many years and I avoid this place at all costs. Every time I go they charge me for everything imaginable. Wooden chairs? Really? It's worth the money to get a dumpster or trash service to not have to deal with the older lady there. Bruce is amazing to work with. Respectful and up front. No condescending comments.
