My husband purchased a Volvo from this dealership and within 12 hours the car broke down. We spent $300 to get it tow to our house and brought it back to them the next day and they kept the car for almost 2 weeks to return it back to us without fixing the issues. We then took the volvo to our mechanic and came to find out the car has $3000 of mechanical issues that we had to pay. Beware: they come off very nice but they are crooks. My husband was a first time buyer and the lady helping knew that and they took advantage of my him.

We purchased a Volvo from here November 2022. Two days after buying engine light came on, needs entire new exhaust because both the catalytic converters are gone which is $5500. Needs tires, brakes, pads, rotors.. list goes on, they sold the car disgusting and dirty, from the previous owner. Grunge, dirt, dog hair, they didnt clean, vacuum, nothing. This dealership has no integrity, they make their financial gain off deceptive practices and lying. Their vehicles are junk, they clear codes, put a sticker on it and call it yours.. once we found out we couldn’t pay off the vehicle as we were told (without paying all the interest) we did the payoff for $8200, after paying them $1500 to get it, and another $1300 with payments. 11k for a dirty, broken car, that still needs $8,000+ in parts. Do not buy from here. *to the “owners” response, you can talk all the trash you want, FEDERAL LAW STATES you’re to give a form stating it doesn’t pass state inspection if it doesn’t. Tell me how the company YOU inspected my car through, but a sticker on an exhaust with the cat coming apart? You’re a JOKE. BUNCH OF BAD FAITH LIARS. I know what I paid BUD, and I know my car doesn’t pass inspection right now in the condition it was purchased in.

Had been looking all over N.H. for a Hyundai Santa Fe with a 3rd row for months. Called to see if they might have one and low and behold they had one at their Hampton location. They delivered the Santa Fe to the Belmont location so I could check it out and I did in fact purchase it. There were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed and they took care of anything that I mentioned as well as a couple of additional things that they felt needed to be done. Melissa and Bob are both great to deal with and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. I would highly recommend Gilford Auto Sales. They have some great cars at good prices.
