As I called every shop in a 50mile radius alls i got was “we can’t do an inspection today,but we can make an appointment”… Called Tom’s auto, even tho they were very busy. Set me up with a time within a few hours of same day to squeeze me in. I believe it was the son of “Tom”-very polite and respectful,whom went out of his way for me.I left with a 100% legal and road worthy INSPECTED truck!! Thank you guys!

I have chosen Tom's auto for my repairs after sadly dismissing a mechanic I have been dealing with for 20 years I put my faith into my mechanic as my car is a valuable commodity and I would expect that the mechanic if he is going to charge 100/hr is going to answer his phone when you call and get what you want done in a timely manner if you have to wait for his scheduling of your repairs, Sadly after 1 year of service on 2 vehicles I may be doing another change as I just recently scheduled an oil change and cabin filter as well as winterizing my vehicle which includes a full check over of EVERYTHING. Yet after the appt I have noticed that no cabin filter was done and my brake fluid is not even full and after listening to Tom's phone go off and his son not answer until he was right in front of me and then complained about a customer wanting service same day and his fathers scheduling on the calendar and how he had to fix it because Tom is never there he is always out back just blows my mind YOUR OWN FATHER BUD??? nope I'm good I will find yet another mechanic to do what I need. I definitely won't recommend you. Your Dad is a good man and thats who I thought was fixing my car he has 5 stars as a review and you just cut that in half. I am so sorry the business is not running as seemingly smooth as when I first came but maybe thats because Toms son is involved and I apologize TOM SR but you have to be able to trust your mechanic for sure. You might want to check that boy at the door.
