Our vehicle broke down in Gualala while on vacation, and the entire staff were so nice and accommodating! Victor the mechanic gave my family a ride back to our rental house and then he did a speedy and solid repair to the power steering and harmonic balancer. It was a great experience when it could have been very stressful. We were able to check out of the rental on time, load up and head home to Petaluma. They really saved the day!

A nail in the tire threatened the family vacation on the coast, but Jr’s came to the rescue. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the team slotted me in first thing in the morning to get the tire patched and me back on my way. This super friendly team is also quite knowledgeable: when putting the wheel back on the car, the technician torqued the lug nuts properly even without me asking him to. So many shops skip this important step ‘til I remind ‘em. So, way to go Jr’s!
