I called in the afternoon and let them know I was coming. Matt was very helpful and even though it was down pouring outside he went and got whatever I wanted to look at. Very friendly and personable. They made it easy and I feel that I got what I went there for at a very fair price. The next day I asked about a toneau cover and Matt said to come on in and they gave me one at no extra charge. Awesome experience!!

Bought a 2016 Silverado in May of ‘25. Everything seemed good except for the fact that the truck has no 4x4, hasn’t worked since I looked at it, the clear coat is peeling from when they did poor bodywork on the bedsides that you can see from a mile away, paint around the door handles is chipped, tailgate doesn’t line up on driver side, rockers have covers over them to hide that the original ones are rotted out all together. Tires didn’t pass inspection (I’m an inspection technician myself in Maine), struts need replacing, and on top of it all, I asked numerous times to be charged Maine State Sales Tax don’t wouldn’t cost me $1600 to register a now 10 year old truck. Granted some things that I have complaints about on this truck are to be expected for age, but to pay $24,000 for a truck that is worth an honest $13,000 out the door is absurd. On my way back home I called and told them while I was in my previous truck that I’m not comfortable moving on with this investment and that I personally think the price on my trade in was a bit shallow and would rather stick with the old truck and would like to not move forward with the process, which could’ve been done before the new month started, but they decided to beat around the bush and hold off until the new month started so I had to follow through with this investment. I have been stranded in this vehicle 4 times since I have had it. This truck never passed NH state inspection either, yet has a sticker on it. Update: turns out not only is the bed of the truck full of bondo, but so is the doors on this truck.

I bought a truck from Tim's last week and it was a nice and pain free experience. I dealt with Charlie and he was fantastic. Very friendly, calm and laid back. Zero typical pushy salesman stuff going on. He answered my questions on the phone and sent me a few pics of some specific areas of the truck I wanted to see before I drove up there. Once I got there the truck was in great condition, represented accurately, and drove very well. The price was good and they gave me decent money for my trade in. The paperwork was also done in a timely manner and the entire process only took a couple of hours start to finish. Everyone else that I interacted with at the dealership was also very friendly and not pushy or overbearing. Most dealerships make my skin crawl but this place was a pleasant surprise, and so far has lived up to the good reviews online.
