I had my first experience at Hillmuth today (husband is a frequent customer and loves them) and I can say they gained a customer for life! Not only was I able to schedule an appointment online over the weekend for first thing Monday morning, which was seamless, they were super flexible in my delay of arrival due to school delays. I also told them I had limited time so needed to understand the ETA so I could decipher when to get it fixed if needed. I had a plastic under carriage piece come off and they were able to determine no major issues and put back on in no time. Their customer service is top notch and I appreciate them helping me out so promptly! HIGHLY recommend this place and will start brining my car here versus dealership!!!

I will be coming back to Hillmuth Auto service. I will be recommending Hillmuth Auto to everyone I know who needs work done on their cars. The employees were polite and friendly. The space for waiting was very comfortable. I made an appointment and was informed it would take 2 hours, they took my car on time and completed the service before the two hour mark. Most importantly, the work performed was top notch quality. Also the employees at this shop are more than capable and qualified to work on EV’s. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience and I believe they earned a customer for life.
