Brought in a scanner to be programmed, they called me to tell it wouldn’t work for out of state but it will for around NH no problem. Remind you he had the scanner in his hands . Called me few days later says he programmed it but it won’t pick up police after he told me it would then charged me 50.00 the whole purpose was I wanted it for police. I was told to go to him because he does this programming he should have know by looking at the radio it wouldn’t work when we first talked on the phone. You would think out of all the years he been scanning these radios seeing this one at would have told me it wouldn’t work but know he had to make that 50.00 . I learned a lesson never going back there for anything not even renting a U-Haul like it the past.

TAV Electronics was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They verified my brothers truck’s towing capacity, confirmed the proper hitch and connections, and walked him through safe hookup and loading for a low deck car hauler, even though he is an experienced operator.
