This Napa Auto Parts is running smoother than a freshly oiled engine. The place was organized like they hired Marie Kondo to personally alphabetize the spark plugs. I walked in kinda lost, couldn’t find what I needed, and the gentleman behind the counter didn’t just point vaguely like, “uhh maybe over there.” Nah. He went upstairs like a hero on a side quest, fought through the mystical stockroom jungle, and came back with exactly what I needed in hand. But here’s the kicker: dude hands my daughter a popsicle. A. Popsicle. At an auto parts store. I wasn’t expecting frozen snacks in this side of heaven, but there it was. Like, who does that? A saint disguised in a Napa polo, that’s who. And all this happened when I walked in FIFTEEN MINUTES before closing. Most places would have hit me with the “we’re closing soon” side-eye, but this guy was chill, helpful, and handing out popsicles like Oprah. If every auto parts store was like this, cars would never break down again. I wish I knew this gentlemen’s name so he could get the recognition he deserves. If he ever reads this: thank you, mysterious popsicle man of Napa, you’re a legend.

I’ve done DoorDash here twice, had to drive over a half hour a way and received NO TIP. I will be denying any orders from here and contacting DoorDash. $8 to drive over a half hour away? Come on.
