Took my wife’s car for a state inspection. Gene was attentive to details and helpful in working around my hectic schedule. He proactively let me know about something on my vehicle that would not pass inspection if I were to bring it to him when it’s due. Helpful to know I’ll need to take care of the feature ahead of time.

I took my car in for an inspection as I just moved here and registered car a few days ago. I’ve never been treated so poorly! Both the mechanic and other guy who I think was owner were so rude! I was told my car wasnt passing inspection because I needed new front tires. I asked to see what they were talking about because I just had an inspection done a month ago in Florida and all 4 tires were rated 7/10. Older guy said, “well this isn’t Florida”. They pulled car out and older guy said he couldn’t see what mechanic was talking about. Then mechanic came out and said I need all 4 new tires!!! Older guy spoke so rudely to me and cut me off every time I tried to speak. Finally he gave me back my registration and said “here’s your registration, I’m not charging you.” I took it and left!
