I'm devastated by my experience at Payless. I bought a car for my son there ten days ago and the head gasket is blown. We saved up for over a year to afford this. And now I don't even know if I can afford the repairs. This feels like a nightmare - truly. I have called and am still waiting to hear back. Unfortunately it confirms my initial thought that nothing would be done to rectify it.
