10 out of 10. Highly recommend them. They are def reasonable with pricing and they are straight forward with how much it will be and have no hidden fees. They do great work in a timely fashion. While I was there waiting for them to do my brakes and rotors there was a little old lady waiting and one of the workers ensured to drive her home since it was going to take awhile. All of the workers there were friendly and nice . I called literally 20 different places and so happy I picked them. Will def continue going to them. Chris the manager in the front was very nice and explained everything in detail.

I had to the best experience ever with a mechanic shop. The manager down to the staff are absolutely the pennical of customer service. The Car Guys shop on Carolina Beach rd in Wilmington, NC. I took my truck to be fixed and they went over and above to ensure when left with my vehicle that my issue were 100% fixed. I highly recommend if you have issues with your vehicle go see the great professionals @ Car Guys. Ask for Chris and tell them Darrell sent you.
