I waited as long as I could to write this review bc the customer service when I bought the car was phenomenal truly. Super kind and respectful staff that stayed open longer since I live far from their location. The issue is with the vehicle mostly. First problem was getting the tags on the car. You pay the $499 processing fee just to go to the DMV & paid another $320 to get the title in my name & for the permanent tags. Then I’ve only had it for 2 months & it has been towed 2x for my 2009 GMC Arcadia. It keeps dying & costing me $$ for repairs when I spent $6497 for it plus the $320(DMV fees)+ ($210 for diagnosis with AAA) totaling to $7,027 for a car I’ve had for just 2 months. Lastly my car comes with a DVD player & the headphones were used & I was told I would get new ones mailed to my house. I called back multiple times to relay the issues with the car & to see where the new headphones were & it sounded like he confirmed yet again where he was going to send them but never did. Just be careful & really check out the cars for this place BEFORE BUYING unfortunately.

I recently brought a 2012 Audi from this location and all was good until I took it to a mechanic and guess what problems. They lie so dont trust them once I fix the issues with the vehicle all will be OK, I recommend getting an extended warranty if you buy and also take a mechanic with you if you do decide to buy from these untrustworthy people.

Ryan is excellent the Volvo XC 90 far exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed working with everyone there. I will be for sure happy to buy from him again. Even the delivery service was extremely nice allowed me to inspect the vehicle before he took it off the flat bed.
