When I called, I was talking to a person and not a recording! I was stranded at 10:30pm on a Saturday night in East GR, Bill came out so fast, was so professional and had me on my way in no time at all. They truly went above and beyond for me! This is a top notch company.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Hudsonville towing . I was shocked and appalled by the racist behavior displayed by the owner of the facility . Not only was I subjected to discriminatory remarks, but the lack of professionalism and respect shown was completely unacceptable. He owner even took it as far as coming from behind the counter / glass, to less than a foot away from me . All i wanted to do was pick up a vehicle and go home. But instead the authorities were called and just as i expected , he changed his whole attitude . As a tow driver doing my job , I expected to be treated with dignity and courtesy, but instead, I encountered hostility. This kind of behavior has no place in any business, and I feel compelled to share this experience so others can make an informed decision. I hope this company takes immediate action to address these issues and ensure that all customers are treated with fairness and respect, regardless of race. The police made him pull out the vehicle i originally went to pick up free of charge because they knew he was wrong
