Okay, so I know that when you get in an accident, you're not supposed to use the body shop that the insurance company recommends. I didn't know another one, though, and Key Collision of Salem got good reviews, so I figured might as well go with the one that the insurance company was likely to approve. Turned out to be a great choice, they were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. It was easy to schedule time to go do the initial estimate, they took care of all the communication with the insurance company, and they we're flexible about when I could drop off the car. Once they had it, I got regular texts as it moved from analysis to disassembly to repair to reassemble to painting. Pick up was super easy, and they handled getting the rental car back to Enterprise. I'm hoping never to need body work again, but if I do, I'll definitely head back to these folks.

I own a Lexus 2022 ES 350. I take great care of my car. I clean every inch and every corner of my car. I was in a very unfortunate situation where one rainy morning on my way to work a massive piece of a tree in the back roads landed on my drivers side of my car severely damaging my windshield, drivers side doors and mirror. I was absolutely devastated!! I brought it to key collision of Salem NH where I met Tim. He reassured me after taking a very good look at every detail of the damages that the team there will take excellent care of my car and restore it back to its original condition. They kept reaching out to me as they were progressing with all stages of the repairs. I also talked to Dwayne on the phone as well as Tim as they were updating me on the progress. Long story short after a few weeks I got the amazing call that my car was completed and ready for pick up. I was very nervous driving to the shop since I haven’t seen my car in a few weeks. When I first set eyes on it when I arrived I could not believe how absolutely amazing it looked!!!!! I was in tears!!! My car looked like the tree accident never happened!!!!! It looked like the day I got my car brand new at the dealership!!! I was beyond amazed!!!! Dwayne went over all the details of the repairs with me at my car. I was beyond happy!!!! I couldn’t believe everything looked exactly like before the accident ever happened!! These guys are truly amazing and they get the job done right. I give them 10 stars!!!! Absolutely amazing!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going there for any body work that’s needed for any car!!! Thank you guys!!!!!!!

I cannot recommend Salem Key Collision enough. After a front-end accident left my car in rough shape, I was stressed, but they made the entire repair process seamless. From the very start, the customer service was incredible. I worked closely with a gentleman at the front desk (I wish I remembered his name because he deserves a huge shoutout and maybe even a bonus lol!). He was so kind and actually listened to my concerns. He even recommended an alignment check due to the nature of the impact, which showed he really cared about the safety and longevity of my car. The communication was top-tier—I received text updates almost daily, so I was never left wondering what was happening. When I went to pick the car up, it looked brand new and was detailed inside and out. To top it all off, the same gentleman who helped me at the start actually uninstalled my baby’s car seat from the rental and installed it into my car for me. That level of kindness is rare.
