I just went in today to look around the store because I don’t want to shop at Home Depot any more. I was immediately greeted with warm helpfulness by a staff member named SAL (self described at the big red headed guy lol) He was SO reassuring and committed to being honest about his recommendations may be towards any projects I bring in. Also, As a woman I truly appreciate his treatment of me. Other hardware places, especially Home Depot, I feel overlooked. But Sal felt like a team member and a consultant.

Thank God there are still hardware stores around. I have used box stores. However, I needed a brass fitting and and a Fisher employee spent 30 minutes helping me find the fitting. I can't imagine getting that kind of service at a box store. Thank You
