I have been going to them for over 5 years now and I have never once had a complain. I only have good things to say about this shop and the workers. By far the most professional and knowledgeable shop I’ve ever been to. If you have a Saab or really any European cars this is the shop to go to! Mike and Jared are my favorites, I honestly wouldn’t trust another shop with my car.

We still have three Saabs, all serviced by J & M since about 2012. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Quality work, communication, flexibility (take home a loaner while they work on your car!) at a fair price. When our Saabs go to Saab heaven, we'll still be going to Milford Auto Works.

Still love this place!! Very reasonable, knowledgeable, do all they can to get you in quickly, and most importantly, HONEST with great work!! There is nothing more one can ask from these guys. Good luck going anywhere else.
