I had an excellent experience with Duncan’s European in Londonderry, NH. They replaced the water pump and coolant control valve on my Audi SQ5, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, the diagnosis was accurate, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. The team was friendly, reliable, and truly customer‑focused. Their customer service was outstanding, and the cost came in better than competitor pricing, which was a huge plus. It’s hard to find a shop that combines expertise, honesty, and great service—but Duncan’s European delivers on all of it. They will absolutely be my new go‑to service provider for my Audi. Highly recommended.

First experience with Duncan’s and I couldn’t be more impressed with their knowledge and service. I brought my Volvo in for a diagnosis after noticing different warning lights on my dashboard , a brake check and oil change and the team was able to identify and fix an oil leak in the same day at a very reasonable cost. Adam was excellent. He had called me prior to the appointment to check in about my concerns and throughout the day of service as well to let me know exactly what was going on and what his recommendations would be. I have had horrible past experiences at different auto shops and Volvo dealerships. The approach at Duncan’s was very honest and supportive, It’s obvious they really care about the service they provide to their customers. Additionally, they provide transportation if you need to be dropped off after dropping your car off as well as very inexpensive loaner cars available which was very convenient for me as I had lots of errands to run! Highly recommend for anyone who needs service on their vehicle :)

I’ve been bringing my cars to Duncan’s European Automotive for over 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they’ve provided. Over the years, they’ve consistently been professional, courteous, and delivered high-quality work on time. Their estimates are always accurate, and their customer service is excellent. The team at Duncan’s are highly trained professionals who truly know the ins and outs of European cars. There have been multiple times when they’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. One particular instance stands out: my car had a failure where it was stuck in gear, wouldn’t turn on, and had to be towed. Duncan’s not only helped me find a towing company but made sure the car was transported safely without any damage. They even provided a loaner car so I wouldn’t be without transportation. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within a couple of days, even though it was completely unscheduled maintenance. They always follow up after any service to make sure everything has been resolved. On the rare occasion that an issue persisted, they took the car back in immediately and addressed it at no extra charge. It’s rare to find a trusted mechanic shop where you can build a long-term relationship, and I truly value the customer experience, honesty, and expertise that Duncan’s provides. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.
