They are a great store with great staff. They allowed us to exchange an unused generator for a larger model right before a storm 30 minutes before closing. No attitude at all and it was a Sunday night.

I've been waiting for a long time to buy myself and my kids a toolbox and got a 25% off coupon, so I decided to take the plunge. Once at the store I was helped very quickly and told they didn't have the one I came for but they had blue and had that top as well and would give me a discount because it was scratched at the bottom. I went ahead and got the top also, but what they didn't tell me was that the base cabinet was in far worse shape than the top cabinet. The front has a large buckle under the top drawer, the drawers have small raised spots, and the side and back have several dents and scratches. I drove over 90 minutes to go there, so I can't just go back to discuss it, and I probably couldn't get it back up on the truck even if I wanted to return it. I'm thankful for the discount on the top and was able to use my coupon for the bottom so I don't feel it's a total loss, but it's pretty disappointing when you've waited so long to get it and find that after. So, check and double-check if you buy items like that. Oh.. I wanted to add that the 3 guys loading were also very helpful getting both large heavy pieces in my truck bed as well.

I usually have a good experience here. 90% of the time I find what I’m looking for and the staff is very nice.
