“I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business, especially with Rich. He initially seemed agreeable and willing to help, but turned out to be very dishonest. I went in to replace a trailer tire, and he quoted me $150 for a used one, which I accepted. I then asked him to replace a tail light on the tractor, and he quoted $50 for that. While we were working through these changes, I mentioned needing another trailer tire, and he quoted $120 for a second used tire. However, when I saw the final bill, I was in shock! He charged $533 for the trailer work and an outrageous $205 just for changing one tail light and the license plate. This entire job took him only 40 minutes. The prices he initially mentioned were completely different from what he charged in the end. I felt deceived and taken advantage of – a truly dishonest way to do business. I would not recommend going here if you value honest service and transparency.”
