Excellent customer service & professionalism from every employee encountered. When injured I was treated with kindness, dignity, &, respect I hadn’t been accustomed to when I needed it most. I’m a lifelong customer 15 year's myself. My first trip was over 25 years ago, my brother and I with my father. My brother and were nearly always caught trying to be sneaky but our inconspicuous matching bleach blonde bowl hair cuts made it nearly impossible. (I know now why it was a such a giant no no) neither of us were of age at this time, so it was always like a game to me like to make it on a rollercoaster ride without getting busted or wait. It all seems like a lifetime ago.

The scale man(owner usually) is RUDE and does not treat you kind. Been declined twice . The first time I understand cause it was exactly at 330 but the second time it was 5 mins and he was like really we close in 5 mins. He needs to work on his customer service. Unprofessional.
