I took my truck here to fix a taillight issue back in October. I dropped off my truck and they said it should be good in a couple days. One week later I get a phone call saying they could'nt get the truck started, so the way they handled it was to just do nothing about it. For a month my truck just sat in their yard. I would call and no one would answer, just radio silence for weeks. I ended up just taking my truck back after they got it running. He charged me 5 hours for diagnostics and said "I'm pretty sure the junction box is your problem." it's now the end of November and I just spent $440 on this part and $220 to program it at Ford and it did not fix the problem. This job was way too big for Mark to handle and I paid the price for it. After dealing with the utmost lack of communication and professionalism I would'nt even risk getting an oil change done through these guys.
