One day me and my mechanic at the time went to this shop . My mechanic basically informed him that he felt like I needed my catylic converter looked at and possibly just need a few tests ran . The older guy gave me an appointment date and we left. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I get there for my appointment and the older guy and maybe 3 or 4 more guys were in there working on a vehicle. I approached them and let them know I was there for my appointment and the older guy goes oh I forgot all about that . It really frustrated me so I decided I wasn’t gonna attempt to do business with them again .

Went down to the shop first thing one morning. Got out of my car and peered into his shop looking for someone to speak to about my car that i needed a little repair work done on. the shop owner/mechanic took one look at me and walked past me without saying "hello.. can i help you?" "be with you in a minute" or anything. He totally ignored me, as did the fellow he had working with him that day. I stood there for a few minutes to see if these good ol boys would redeem themselves or even ask if i needed help. They didnt...instead they continued on with what they were doing as if i wasnt even standing there. I got back in my ride and left and went spent my money with KITA down the road. he doesnt speak english well but he is polite.
