Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, it’s definitely worth it. We are Merrimack locals and wanted to support a local business. This place seemed family oriented on the whole after reading reviews and this was our second visit. The parking lot was full of ice, no ice melt in sight and I nearly fell twice. The owner seemed nice and allowed us to test drive some cars. When it came to negotiation, we offered a fair price which was $1,500 under asking. The owner was bilergerent and did not even want to try negotiating with us and were literally kicked out of the store. It was discouraging since we spent a lot of time and really wanted to purchase a vehicle there. He lost a solid customer with an over 800 credit score who would have worked with him to come to a fair price.
