The overall experience with Jupiter Quality Towing was great. Shortly after requesting assistance from my insurance provider, I received a friendly call from Jupiter Quality Towing. The dispatcher kindly explained the process. I was told that the driver would arrive within 30 min. He also mentioned that due to being on the freeway shoulder, the driver would probably arrive sooner. Ten minutes later, Mats, shows up in his tow truck. He was friendly and quickly invited me into his tow truck. I was grateful to have Jupiter Quality Towing show up to give me a hand. Mats and I had a nice conversation on the way back to my home. He treated my car with care and was a true pro. Thanks again Jupiter Quality Towing, truly a professional organization..
