Dropped my car off concerned about front end noise. Had my car for 7 days called and told me my alternator was bad and ball joints were bad and something about struts. They replaced the one side but didn’t replace the other side. I paid what was due and test drove my car and immediately brought my car back because it was still making the same noise. Andrew tried to say the noise was coming from the back. The noise is still coming from the front. I paid them $1568.78 and my car is still making the same noise. He seen a black female In desperate need of her car fixed and took advantage fixed one side but did not fix the other. Told me when I came back for an oil change he would check the other side out remind you I’ve never taken my car there before for an oil change. I knew at that point he was getting over. He thought I was gonna pay him another $1000.00 to look at the other side that was making the same noise as the right side when he could of fixed the problem from the beginning and gave me the price. God is going to handle him cause god don’t play about his kids. At this point I don’t even want yall to even look at my car anymore just refund me $600 of the $1586.00 that I spent. I wouldn’t even trust yall to even look at my car again yall got over on me this time which makes me believe yall would try to do it again. Just refund me $600 of the $1586.00 I spent and I can take my car somewhere else and get the issue fixed. So exactly 1 year and 4 days later and of course the alternator that y’all put on my car was in fact a bad alternator. Y’all charged me over $1500 to fix my car and you didn’t even fix the issue. Not only did you not fix the issue you put a bad part on my car that is now costing my over $800 to get fixed right now as I type this. Trust and believe every dog has they day and yall are going to have to answer to this. You seen a female come in there without a male present and straight took advantage of me. It’s cool tho mark my words.
