Had a great experience, Dennis was very professional and open to communication. Went above and beyond on replacing my back trunk panel; vacummed remaining broken glass, buffed out duct tape residue from taped on tarp, returned the tarp, and even buffed out a cloudy headlight--for no extra charge! My car was finished and ready to be picked up less than 24 hours after drop off! Great experience! :)

Beware - Owner and operator Dennis has zero customer service skills, treats his clients like trash. Will schedule you in then tell you to get lost if he can’t keep up with his work load. Not what I expected after being highly recommended to work with this shop. Background : Took my 1963 f100 to Dennis to get a hood cleaned up and painted. He knew from the start I wanted to get this done asap and would take it else where if he could not fit it in. After he took on the job, Dennis had me send the hood to Grimm’s truck center to get blasted in preparation of him working on it ( Grimms was an absolute delight to work with and top notch professionalism ) it was then taken back to Dennis 4 days later so he could get on it. Dennis addressed any work he will do to the hood and that he’d get this going for me as he knew there was a window of time to get this hood sprayed before it started surfacing rust again and would need another blasting treatment done to it. 1st red flag - Called over the next week and half to see what progress was made and never received a response after leaving two voicemails to contact me. 2nd red flag - Finally got him to pick up the phone almost two weeks later to find out he hasn’t touched my hood and is behind on work without letting me know ahead of time. I calmly confronted him over the phone and he tried putting words in my mouth telling me I don’t need my truck fixed any time soon and to just come and pick it up, to take it else where. He wasted weeks of working together, weeks that I could have chosen a different shop to work with, multiple trips back and forth to his shop out of a hectic schedule, all for me to pick up my hood and take it elsewhere. Highly recommend looking elsewhere if your time and professionalism is important to you. Additionally - if you care about who you’re doing business with on character notes - This guy uses the racial slurs when referencing poor quality work and it’s repulsive.
