We bought a battery, the car wouldn’t work, but the battery was good. It was a great price for a battery, too! I looked like I needed help, Justin came over , went to the car & it was 22 degrees outside! He carried it in with a smile. They got the money back on my credit card and made my day! Justin was kind, patient, and very professional. Thanks for having a team member like him! He needs a raise! ( No I’m not related, but from now on I’ll think of Auto zone first!) Great customer service!

Genesea was responsible for one of the best customer service interactions I have had at an AutoZone. Generally, most of your reps are polite and helpful, but she went above and beyond today. I just came in to get some replacement bulbs for my headlights. She helped me find the right ones and gave me recommendations. Then, she also came out and helped install them for me. And when I had trouble with one of the brackets, she again assisted in making sure that I could get the part that had fallen down into my car and put it on correctly. This was not expected and her level of care and dedication is highly lauded! In my line of work as a manager, I respect great customer service and she is a model for it. Thank you for having someone as genuine, personable and caring as Genesea!
